By accessing or using Policy Forge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Policy Forge provides a prospect and client management CRM designed for life insurance and financial services professionals. Features include pipeline management, email integration, calling, sequences, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send spam or unsolicited emails through the platform.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform's security.
  • Misuse the Gmail integration to access data beyond what is needed for client communication workflows.

5. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Policy Forge to send emails, read emails, and modify email labels on your behalf solely for the purpose of client communications within the platform. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Policy Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
